Privacy

What is stored: your Google name, email address and profile picture (to log you in), and for every saved video: its link, title and channel, the short text you wrote next to it in Messenger, the date you sent it, and the category.

Your chat file stays with you. The Messenger export is opened and read inside your own browser. Only the video links, and the text of those same messages, are sent to the server. Other messages, photos and conversations are never uploaded.

Lookups: to show titles and thumbnails, the server asks YouTube's public oEmbed service about each YouTube link, and your browser loads thumbnails from YouTube. Playing a video loads the player from YouTube, Facebook or Instagram.

Cookies: one login cookie. No tracking, no ads.

Deleting: you can delete any video at any time. To delete your whole account, contact the person who runs this site.
